Student needs are rarely one-dimensional. For many families, support is needed not only for learning, but for daily essentials that help children arrive at school ready to participate and succeed.
Daily Realities
For various reasons, not all students may feel like starting their school day with a pleasant smile and a happy disposition. Hundreds of children in the Niagara Region are going to school every day without proper nourishment.
Other students lack such humanitarian essentials as shoes, warm winter boots and clothing, personal care items, eyeglasses for proper vision, and specialized equipment for students with disabilities.

- Scholarships and bursaries for continued education
Support With Purpose
Funds raised by the Foundation will also be used to provide scholarships and bursaries, particularly for students who without such support may be unable to continue their education.
Foundation funds may be allocated in accordance with specific donor directions for programs and activities not supported by the Ministry of Education, provided there is no direction for a specific student.
